Privacy Policy
Effective Date: August 17, 2026
Allume LLC ("Allume," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website allumeadvising.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
By using our website, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information you provide directly: Contact information (name, email address, and any details you choose to share) when you book a call through Cal.com or email us directly. Any information you voluntarily share during a consultation, coaching engagement, or consulting relationship is governed separately by your signed engagement agreement/MSA, where applicable.
Information collected automatically: Basic technical data (IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring site) via standard website hosting logs. We do not currently use analytics tools, ad pixels, or cookies to track visitors. If that changes (e.g., we add Google Analytics), we will update this policy accordingly.
Information from third-party tools we use to run our business: Cal.com collects scheduling data (name, email, selected time) when you book a call. Zoom collects meeting participation data if you join a video call with us. Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar) is used internally to manage communications and scheduling, and information you send us via email is stored here.
We do not sell your personal information.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries and schedule consultations, deliver coaching and consulting services under a signed agreement, improve our website and services, comply with legal and tax obligations, and communicate with you about your engagement with Allume.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate (Cal.com, Zoom, Google Workspace) solely to perform services on our behalf; with legal or regulatory authorities if required by law, subpoena, or legal process; and with a successor entity in the event of a business transfer, merger, or sale of Allume LLC.
Each third-party service we use has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data: Cal.com (https://cal.com/privacy), Zoom (https://explore.zoom.us/en/trust/privacy/), and Google (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including maintaining business records for tax and legal compliance (generally consistent with Maine and federal recordkeeping requirements), unless a longer retention period is required by law.
COOKIES AND TRACKING
Our website currently does not use tracking cookies, analytics tools, or advertising pixels. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy to reflect what's in use and how you can opt out.

Request access to the personal data we hold about you, and to have it corrected or erased
Request that we restrict how we process your data
Object to our processing of your data
Receive a copy of your data in a portable format
Withdraw consent at any time, where our processing is based on your consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before your withdrawal

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, and only request the information reasonably necessary to provide our services.
EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
Email is not a fully secure medium of communication. If you choose to correspond with us by email, please be mindful of what sensitive information you include, as we cannot guarantee its security in transit.
